Santa's Grotto

Please note: Our grotto is run as a non profit making event, as a thank you to all our lovely customers over the year. This year we have reviewed the costs and have had to increase the price slightly to cover the cost of our amazing Santa, our team of elves and our premium gifts. 

Customers who have joined our loyalty scheme should have received a code to enter at checkout. For those loyalty customers who have not received a code it may be that you have opted out of emails so please do get in touch. 

For any customers who have shopped with us this year, please let us know and we will send you the loyalty code as we’d like to thank you all for your continued support.

We put a lot of effort into making our Santa experience magical for you and your children but ultimately we are a store selling incredible and beautiful toys and we hope you enjoy browsing while you are here.
