Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Toybox Buddy Loyalty Scheme is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit either our Ironbridge or Shrewsbury Stores. Each member must only use the scheme in accordance with the Scheme rules. Each membership is personal to one person and cannot be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Toybox Buddy Loyalty Scheme, please speak to a member of staff, in person or by telephone on 01952 872450 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 during Monday to Friday, or by e-mail at vonny@thetoyboxironbridge.co.uk
  2. Loyalty points are NOT awarded on the purchase of any Tonies products, Event Tickets or Gift Cards. Certain other products may also be excluded from the Scheme or the reward points awarded reduced from time to time at our discretion. The current rate is 5%. Any reward points earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted.
  3. In order to earn reward points on purchases, your name and email address must be stated prior to purchase. Reward points cannot be added after the transaction is completed.   If you forget to use your membership please note that it is not possible to get points added retrospectively at a later date.
  4. If you wish to dispute the balance on your loyalty card you must be able to provide your till receipts. This receipt is issued after the addition of reward points to your account. You can check your account balance on your emailed receipts or instore at checkout.
  5. Your Loyalty membership does not have an expiry date. However, if you do not use your membership for a period of 18 months or more, your membership will cease to be valid, and any stored monetary value will be forfeited and any accrued points cancelled.  Checking the balance on your account will not constitute use of your membership for these purposes. Expired value cannot be transferred to a new membership, redeemed or reinstated.
  6. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your membership at any time.  On cancellation any monetary value will be forfeited and any points value cancelled.
  7. You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your membership details, so please do not share your membership details with anybody else.
  8. The Toybox Ironbridge Ltd reserves the right to terminate any membership of the Loyalty Card Scheme.  In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the Loyalty Scheme that member’s monetary balance will be forfeited and unused points will be cancelled.
  9. The Toybox Ironbridge Ltd reserve the right to correct or amend the remaining balance on your account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred.  If you wish to contest such a correction or amendment to your account balance, please contact our managing director Yvonne Simons on vonny@thetoyboxironbridge.co.uk
  10. The Toybox Ironbridge Ltd does not warrant or represent that your Loyalty membership will always be accepted at our stores.  For example, in the event of a failure of IT and communications systems, The Toybox may not be able to add points or redeem any stored monetary value as payment during such a system failure
  11. Neither the Toybox Ironbridge Ltd nor any member of its staff shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statue or otherwise are expressly excluded.
  1. The Toybox Ironbridge Ltd reserve the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the membership scheme on reasonable notice.
