Santa’s Grotto 2025 - Child Ticket. Please read Terms and Conditions before purchase.

Our annual Santas Grotto is taking place once again this year.

SITUATED IN OUR IRONBRIDGE STORE ONLY(please park in Central Car park across the bridge) 

Please note: There is no physical ticket for this product. Your booking will be recorded into Santa's big book of guests. However please do keep your confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

• Each Child Ticket admits one child and one adult and includes a gift for the child.
• Please select a date and time slot of your choice.
• Please add your child's name and age in the notes section of your booking. We need this information to ensure Santa has enough age appropriate gifts.
• We are delighted to offer SEN-Friendly Santa Visits - a specially adapted experience for children with additional needs, including autism and sensory processing differences. These sessions take place between 10:00 - 10:30 each day  to ensure a calmer, more supportive visit with Santa and tickets for these sessions may be purchased here.
• All children regardless of their age, who would like to visit Santa and receive a gift, must purchase a Child Ticket.
  
• Additional adults and older siblings/friends, who wish to accompany younger children into the grotto, may do so by purchasing an Additional Grotto Ticket
• Gifts may not be exchanged for other toys in the store.
  
• Babies - Please buy a child ticket for your baby; they will receive a lovely gift and have the opportunity to capture photos of their very first visit to Father Christmas; Please note: Our grotto is big enough to accommodate most prams however waking a baby, getting them out of their pram/carseat and readying them to see Santa takes up a lot of time and is the reason we have to charge.
  
• Babies who are not participating do not need a ticket but will not receive a gift 
  
• Please arrive at any point within your chosen time slot. You will be given a place holder (so will not need to stand in a queue) and one of Santa's helpers will collect you when it's your turn to enter the Grotto as a family.
  
• Tickets are non refundable if cancelled within 48 hrs of your date and time.
• Sickness - If your child is sick on the day, please let us know as early as possible as we may be able to resell their ticket from our waiting list and therefore offer you a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed but in these circumstances we will gladly arrange for Santa to leave their gift for collection another time.
