Please note: There is no physical ticket for this product. Your order will be entered into Santa's big book of guests. However please do keep your confirmation email as proof of purchase.
- Each Child ticket admits one child + one adult, and includes a non-plastic gift for the child.
- Gift may not be exchanged for other toys in the store
- Please tell us your child's first name and age in the notes section of your booking.
- Additional Adults and older siblings, who wish to accompany younger children must purchase an Adult Ticket.
- Older children who would like to visit Santa and receive a gift, must purchase a Child Ticket
- Babies - Please buy a child ticket for your baby, they will receive a lovely gift and have the opportunity to have their very first photo taken with Santa.
- Our room is big enough to accommodate most prams however waking a baby, getting them out of their pram/carseat and readying them to see Santa takes up a lot of time and is the reason we have to charge.
- NB:If your baby is so tiny that they will not be participating at all then you do not need to buy a ticket for them
- Quiet sessions, suitable for children with sensory requirements will be held at the start of each day as we cannot guarantee a quiet environment at any other time - please include any relevant information in the notes when you check out.
- Tickets are non refundable if cancelled within 48 hrs of your date and time. Transfers may be possible subject to availability.
