Please note: There is no physical ticket for this product, therefore nothing to ship. Your confirmation email will be your entry ticket on the day.
- Each Child ticket admits one child + one adult, and includes a non-plastic gift for the child.
- Gift may not be exchanged for other toys in the store
- Please tell us child first name and age in the notes section of your booking.
- Additional Adults and older children, who wish to accompany younger children must purchase an Adult Ticket.
- Older children who would like to visit Santa and receive a gift, must purchase a Child Ticket
- Babies - Please buy a child ticket for your baby. If your baby is under 6 months and you do not wish to take photographs with, or receive a gift from Santa, then you do not need to buy a ticket for them.
- Quiet sessions, suitable for children with sensory requirements will be held at the start of each day, we cannot guarantee a quiet environment at any other time during the day - please include any relevant information in the notes when you check out.
